Back in 2010, we set about to revolutionise the way Australians—and the world—exchange property. With government backing, we focused on creating less paperwork, process times and margin for error within the AU$9 trillion residential housing market.
Today, our world-first online property completion experience is trusted by more than 10,000 legal and conveyancing firms in Australia. We’ve helped 20,000 families a week settle their properties safely and efficiently, and now we’re ready to do the same for buyers and sellers in the UK.
A tailored PEXA for the UK
We believe our success is worth sharing and that our proven technology will advance how Britons buy and sell homes. Working in collaboration with the Bank of England, we’re helping to streamline the remortgaging and property completion experience from start to finish.
While we have launched with technology providing remortgaging support for UK lenders, lawyers, and conveyancers in England and Wales, we’ll extend the platform’s capabilities in 2024 with the release of our sale and purchase solution.
