John Hooper

John joined PEXA in the UK as Chairman in August 2022 and has over 35 years involvement in banking and financial services. He continues to hold active positions as non-executive director on the boards of several financial services companies. During his career, John was an executive director at both Clydesdale Bank PLC and National Australia Bank Europe Limited. Whilst at National Australia Bank, he held a number of senior positions and was a member of its executive committee. John is also a Non-Executive Director of Together Money Personal Finance Limited where he Chairs the Board Risk Committee, as well as a Non-Executive Director of Stubbers Adventure Centre Limited and Stubbers Trading Limited.

Joe Pepper

Joe joined PEXA in October 2023, bringing over 25 years of business process re-engineering experience across the financial, legal and property sectors – the last 10 years in delivering technology solutions to the UK conveyancing and lending markets.
Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of TM Group, a leading proptech company where he spearheaded the company’s growth. His other key executive roles include Managing Director of EDM Mortgage Support Services; Business Development Director for RR Donnelley Global Document Solutions; and banking operations and sales executive roles with UBS Investment Bank and ABN Amro.

Krystle Kocik

Krystle has been with PEXA since 2013 and is PEXA&#8217;s Chief Product Officer, responsible for the end to end delivery of PEXA&#8217;s suite of products. She is also on the ground in the United Kingdom, working with UK lenders, land registries and housing solicitors to build the UK&#8217;s first digital housing remortgaging and completion platform. Krystle has over 15 years&#8217; experience in product and digital transformation, both for the property technology and financial institutions industry in Australia and the UK, having worked with Accenture, Westpac, Lloyds Banking Group, ETS Europe and ANZ.
Krystle has also recently completed her management programme at INSEAD Business School in Europe.

Simon Wright

Simon has almost 30 years’ financial services experience, leading strategy, operations, and customer teams.  He spent the majority of his banking career at CYBG PLC (now Virgin Money UK PLC), where the roles undertaken have created a unique blend of commercial, strategy, operations, payments, distribution (Personal and Business), change and transformation experience. He was latterly Director of Operations and Enablement and also led its Customer Banking Centres. 
A resourceful, authentic and innovative leader, Simon has built a strong reputation for strategy development and delivery whilst developing engaged and committed teams.  Simon joined PEXA in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer in the UK.

Andrew Lloyd

With over 15 years’ financial services and consulting experience, Andrew led strategy and transformation at Invesco Ltd and spent 5 years at Kearney, leading their retail banking strategy.   Prior to this, Andrew worked for Lloyds Banking Group in a project delivery role and spent 3 years at KPMG in their Risk Consulting function.  He has completed his MBA at Cambridge University.

Dreyer Wentzel

Dreyer joined PEXA in the UK, October 2021 as our Finance Lead.  Dreyer’s career spans 25 years, having worked across a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, R&amp;D, Hospitality, Corporate Travel as well as Audit and Accounting firms.  Dreyer has a passion for tech companies and pursued this path through his career.  Prior to PEXA in the UK, Dreyer was Finance Director a Cordic and CILEX and Chief Financial Officer at iCareHealth UK, after relocating from MYOB in Austalia.

Matt Ellis

Matt is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the UK Financial Services industry.  He spent 19 years with MBNA / Bank of America, where he held senior leadership roles in Finance, HR, Collections, Strategy, and Marketing, before spending 10 years leading Risk and Compliance functions across both the first and second lines of defence. 
Since leaving MBNA, Matt has held a variety of CRO, CCO / MLRO and MD roles, during which he was instrumental in obtaining both a full Banking Licence for a new UK challenger bank and an Electronic Money Institution Licence for a FinTech start-up.
Matt joined PEXA in June 2021 and also currently acts as the local People Experience (HR) Lead. He is passionate about delivering in the right way and is known for the integrity, openness and people focus that he brings to the table.

Peter Myers

Peter is an accomplished Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director with broad general management experience in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.  He is Chairman at E&amp;L Insurance, a Non Executive Director at Finance Yorkshire and the NHS for a combined 21 years.  In his career, Peter has built, marketed and led financial services businesses, delivered major change programmes and has functional expertise in marketing, global strategy, distribution, direct banking and payments.

Graham Mirabito

With over 35 years business and management experience (including IT, sales, marketing operations, mergers and acquisitions), Graham has held senior roles at Telstra as MD Telstra Europe and EVP Telstra Asia.
Graham was also CEO of RP Data where he successfully listed the business on to the ASX in 2006. RP Data was then acquired by CoreLogic in 2011 and then CEO of CoreLogic International, responsible for Australia, Asia and the UK.
Graham is currently a non-executive director of Cipherpoint Ltd, Harcourts International, Lendi Group Pty Ltd and Archistar Pty Ltd.

Helen Silver AO

Helen Silver is an experienced executive who has worked at the highest level in both the public and private sectors. Helen commenced at Allianz in 2013 and is Allianz Australia’s Deputy Managing Director.
In addition to her corporate success, Helen has worked at the highest levels of Commonwealth Government with the Productivity Commission, and Victorian Government in roles primarily in the Premier’s and Treasury portfolios, including as Secretary of the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet from 2008 to 2013.
Ms Silver holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours, Master of Economics and Honorary Doctor of Laws, all from Monash University.

Glenn  King

Glenn was appointed CEO of PEXA in 2019, following a distinguished career in customer service and change. Previously, Glenn spent several years as a senior public servant at NSW Government, leading and executing the Premier’s Implementation Unit. Most recently he was the NSW Customer Service Commissioner and Secretary of the NSW Government’s Department of Customer Service.
Glenn has led a range of successful sector-wide reforms, delivering on the NSW Government’s commitment to put customers at the centre of service and simplifying citizen interactions with government.  Prior to Government, Glenn held domestic and international senior executive roles across the National Australia Bank group and as executive at Save the Children. Glenn was also appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia for outstanding contribution to study or practice of public administration.

Scott  Butterworth

With more than 25 years’ corporate experience, Scott Butterworth joined PEXA in November 2021 and as Chief Growth Officer, is responsible for extending PEXA’s business into providing new innovative data insights solutions and digital services. Prior to joining PEXA, Scott was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ASX-listed firm, Slater &amp; Gordon. He has also held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group, National Australia Bank, Westpac and Clydesdale Bank, where he served as both CFO and Chief Data Officer.
