Prize draw terms and conditions

How to participate in the Free Draw

1.1. In order to enter this free draw, you will need to enter your details into the Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) device available at the venue and complete all required fields as requested. Selecting when prompted that you want to be entered into the free draw

1.2. All entrants must be 18 or over.

1.3. All entries must include your name, professional email address, sector of employment, city of residence, contact telephone number.

1.4. Entries that do not comply with the free draw rules will be voided and will not be entered into this free draw.

1.5. All entries in this free draw are without charge.

1.6. You may enter this free draw a maximum of one time, between the start date and the closing date.

Start date

2.1. The free draw will start at 08:30 (UK Time) on 9th October 2025.

Closing date

3.1. The closing date of the free draw will be 14:45 (UK Time) on 9th October 2025. Entries received by Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) after this time will be voided and will not be entered into the free draw.

Selection of the winner

4.1. There will be one winner, selected by Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) following the closing date of the free draw.

4.2. The winners of the free draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Free Draw Prizes

5.1. The free draw prize is a Lindt LINDOR Collection Hamper 1.6kg.

5.2. There is no alternative prize or cash equivalent.

5.3. The prize is non-transferrable and does not include additional costs or expenses you may incur.

Restrictions and requirements

6.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can participate the free draw in accordance with local laws and regulations.

6.2. Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this free draw.

6.3. Entry to the free draw is via the completion of the relevant entry form.

6.4. ID verification may be required before we can confirm winners and arrange prize delivery.

Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

7.1. Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) will notify the winner using the contact details provided on the relevant entry form on 9th October 2025 at the event.

7.2. The selected winner must respond within 7 days of our initial contact to confirm acceptance of the prize. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7.3. The prize will be delivered to a valid UK address provided by the winner.

7.4. Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) will cover all reasonable costs associated with the delivery of the prize. Proof of age or age verification may be required upon delivery on accordance with relevant laws.

Publicity and personal information

8.1. Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) will use your personal data only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Notice which can be read by visiting our website at (https://pexa.co.uk/privacy-policy/)

8.2. You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.

8.3. Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) may use the winners’ name and image and comments relating to the free draw for marketing or publicity purposes.

8.4. Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) will use the winners’ personal details for administrating the free draw prize.

General

9.1. The free draw is operated by Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA). Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) has its registered office at Suite 5a, West Village, 114 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 1BA and is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12830944).

9.2. Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) reserves the right to withdraw or amend the free draw or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

9.3. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA)’s liability caused by its negligence or for fraud, Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that are not foreseeable to Digital Completion UK Ltd (PEXA) or to the entrant at the time of the entry to the free draw or which are caused by a third party.

9.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
